Technical Support Specialist:
The Technical Support Specialist's role is to ensure proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks. A CompTia A+, and/or a CompTia Network+, and/or Computer Science degree are preferred but not required with a minimum of one year work experience.
Must have great phone etiquette, good computer skills (ability to use Excel, Word), ability to use the internet for research, ability to communicate ideas and reason with prospects on why they need to buy. Training provided on our products, services, etc.
